Cancelation Policy

At Inner Balance Healing, we recognize that situations can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, particularly for face-to-face treatments, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. For remote sessions, a £10 deposit is required, which is non-refundable for no-shows, with full payment due before the treatment begins. you are kindly asked to be online 10 minutes before treatment starts. For mobile treatments, a £20 deposit is required, which is also non-refundable for no-shows or if the client is unavailable upon my arrival to the clients premises. Your cooperation helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
